Shipping policy

Each Lansdown Arts work requires individual packing and delivery arrangements according to its dimensions, value, destination and installation requirements.

Delivery Quotations

Shipping is not included in the displayed price unless expressly stated. After receiving an enquiry, the studio will confirm availability and prepare a delivery quotation. No payment is requested until the client has reviewed and accepted the work, delivery arrangements and total cost.

Specialist Packing and Transport

Works may require custom crates, specialist art handlers, insurance or installation assistance. Lansdown Arts will recommend an appropriate delivery method based on the work and destination.

Delivery Times

An estimated dispatch and delivery schedule will be provided in the written order summary. Estimates are given in good faith and may be affected by specialist-carrier availability, customs processing, weather or circumstances outside the studio’s control.

International Delivery

Worldwide delivery may be arranged, subject to carrier availability and local import restrictions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Access Requirements

Clients must disclose stairways, narrow doors, lifts, restricted access or other delivery considerations before accepting the quotation. Additional costs caused by undisclosed access restrictions may be charged separately.
