Refund policy

Each Lansdown Arts work is handmade, unique and acquired through direct consultation with the studio. For this reason, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If a work arrives damaged or differs materially from the agreed description, please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery at the contact details provided with your order. Include photographs of the work, its packaging and any visible damage.

Please do not return a work without written authorization from Lansdown Arts. Where a return is approved, the studio will provide instructions and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include restoration, replacement where possible, or a refund.

Commissioned, personalized and made-to-order works are non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
